Below are a few locations you need to know for this conference. The hotels are adjacent to each other on Highway 51. We hope this will maximize your interaction with other delegations outside of conference activities!

For delegations that plan to fly, we recommend using the Will Rogers International Airport in Oklahoma City, or the Tulsa International Airport, which are both approximately 75 miles from Stillwater, OK.

Hotels and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis AFTER you have registered for the conference. The conference fee will be the same, no matter the hotel you are assigned to. Please reference the Registration page for more information on pricing.

IMPORTANT: The conference fee INCLUDES hotel accommodations. Once you register and pay for the conference, you will not have to make separate hotel accommodations. Your school's hotel information will be made available to you prior to the conference.

We will also have transit systems that run from the hotels to Oklahoma State's campus in the morning and at night.

​

Parking will be provided at the hotels and the Student Union parking garage for all delegations.
