The mission of Oklahoma State University RHA Senate is to provide a place for students who live on campus voice to be heard about bills that work to improve the environment in the halls and on campus. It is also the place for Residence Hall Association to have its weekly meeting and update hall senators to inform the halls what is going on in other halls and around the campus. The goal of the RHA Senate is to bring the halls together into one body to improve the campus of Oklahoma State University.
Our Mission
The Process
Once a bill is put on the agenda by the Director of Internal Affairs it will then be presented to the Senators at the next meeting. The Senators will ask questions the first week. The Senators then go back to their residence hall and present it to their community council. After getting the opinion of their hall the Senators come back the next week and vote on the bill.
When We Meet
Our RHA Senate is held on Mondays at 7pm in Case Study 1 of the Student Union 4th floor.
